Your Mental Health Specialist will have a conversation with you, your HR, or designated champion to review what’s been done, where the challenges lie, and what outcomes you would like to see for the future of your company.
Your Mental Health Specialist looks behind the walls of the company to see the working day to day life within. What do the work spaces represent, where are the quiet spaces, the stations of energy and teamwork?  Does the environment support innovation, creativity & support?  What we see, hear and observe can tell a story.
Your Mental Health Specialist will conduct interviews with a sampling of your leaders. These questionnaires will gather key learnings such as Mental Health knowledge, understanding of challenges, ideas for implementing a supportive environment for staff to work at their best and concerns they have on the overall culture of the business.
Your Mental Health Specialist will plan a customized review including an inventory of the following

  1. Exit Interviews
  2. Policies
  3. Hiring practices
  4. Situations which could have been handled differently
  5. Job descriptions

This data helps plan a Strategic Planning Session & Recommendations toward a successful, sustainable Mental Health Initiative.

Your Mental Health Specialist will facilitate a ½ day Strategic Planning Session with your HR department or set of Champion Leaders. We will explore vision, needs, outcome desires, and timeline of activities.  This session will be added & incorporated into the Review & Recommendation Report.
Your Mental Health Specialist will present a completed report to your team. In this report you can be assured of a comprehensive doable Mental Health Program, which will meet the needs of your company.  This report will outline the challenges every company faces today including:

  1. Absenteeism
  2. Presenteeism
  3. Conflict
  4. Retention
  5. Stress
  6. Turnover

This report will then present the Strategic Plan on addressing the challenges with successful, sustainable and trackable activities.
